For card delivery, during your debit or credit card expiration month you will receive a call from one of our courier agents on behalf of NBK to arrange for card delivery to the address of your choice, without the hassle of visiting your branch.

- For Credit Card, Loan or Account applications, select the option to speak to an NBK Agent
- For Card Delivery, NBK will do all the work for you, no need to contact us. So long as we have your up-to-date contact details your new card will be delivered to your door

Delivery of debit cards and credit cards is free of charge.
No fee for assisting with Credit Card applications, Loan applications or opening of accounts.
There are a few exceptions to Card Delivery for account security reasons. In the below instances an NBK representative will contact you and you will be asked to collect your card directly from your branch:
- Zeina Customers who do not have valid guardian details on their account
- Al Shabab Customers under 18 years old who do not have guardian details on their account
