To get the service, you must first register for the NBK Online Banking by visiting your nearest NBK Branch.

• Download NBK Mobile Banking App on your smartphone from Google Play or App Store
• A page will be displayed with the list of countries, choose “Egypt”
• After selecting the country, the application will direct you to the “Login Page”
• Use the same username and password as your NBK Online Banking profile to access the NBK Mobile Banking App
• You will receive OTP message through SMS
• Now, you can enjoy banking on your mobile banking application
• You can maintain a maximum of 5 active devices to be utilized for the service
