To take advantage of the service, you must first register for the NBK Online Banking by visiting your nearest NBK Branch.

• Download NBK Mobile Banking App on your smartphone from Google Play or App Store
• A page will be displayed with the list of countries, choose “Egypt”
• After selecting the country, the application will direct you to the “Login Page”
• Use the same username and password as your NBK Online Banking profile to access the NBK Mobile Banking App
• Log in to your NBK Online Banking profile to activate your mobile device. Select “NBK Mobile” option from the “Home” tab to link your mobile device with the service
• Click on “Activate” link to automatically activate the device
• You can maintain a maximum of 3 active devices to be utilized for the service​
