Visit NBKI Branch and our Relationship Managers will assist to order your card. You should be able to collect your card in the branch after 5 working days.

Security Tips

- Sign your card as soon as you receive it

- Be cautious when using an ATM. Enter your PIN in such a way that no one can memorize your keystrokes

- Never leave your ATM receipt at the ATM. It could make you vulnerable to fraud

- Don’t throw out your debit card, debit card statements or receipts without shredding them first

- Never give any card details over the phone unless you initiated the call. In a common scam fraudster call the victim right back after they placed a legitimate call claiming to be the merchant and trying to obtain card detail under the false pretenses there was a problem with the card number. Play safe and ask them to read out the card number they have, and change any incorrect numbers

- Make certain that you get your card back after a purchase and keep always an eye on your card when paying

- Keep any void or cancelled charge slips
