NBK Confirms Continuity of Banking Services and Operational Readiness

Dear Customers,
In light of the current developments, the National Bank of Kuwait would like to reassure its customers that its retail and corporate banking operations and services continue to operate normally, and that the Bank remains fully prepared to ensure the continuity of its banking services with efficiency and security for customers in Kuwait and internationally.
Following the precautionary security measures taken regarding NBK Headquarters, we would like to confirm the following:
Digital Channels and ATMs
NBK’s digital banking services, including NBK Mobile Banking and NBK Online Banking, continue to operate at full capacity, alongside our extensive ATM network across Kuwait operating 24/7.
Customers may also access our services through our local branch network, the NBK Call Center, NBK WhatsApp at 1801801, as well as our official NBK Social Media channels.
Local Branch Network
NBK branches across Kuwait continue to operate normally during official working hours to provide customers with all banking services and transactions except for:
- Kuwait International Airport T4
- Kuwait International Airport
- Public Institution for Social Security (PIFSS)
International Operations and Subsidiaries
Our international operations remain unaffected. All overseas branches and subsidiaries continue to operate smoothly in line with normal operating plans.
Business Continuity
The Bank’s critical, technical, and operational departments continue to operate from pre-designated alternative locations, while making every effort to support corporate and trade finance clients and address their requirements as promptly as possible.
The National Bank of Kuwait remains fully committed to maintaining the highest levels of operational readiness and resilience to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of reliable banking services.
