Spend Like a Local

When paying with your NBK Card abroad, you may have the choice of paying in the currency of the country you are visiting, or paying in Kuwaiti Dinars. To avoid unfavorable exchange rates, always choose to pay in the local currency of the country you are visiting.

This feature is applicable for all NBK Cardholders.

• Save more by avoiding additional currency conversion fees
• If you pay in Kuwaiti Dinars while traveling abroad, you might end up paying higher conversion fees as many merchants offer poor exchange rates 
• NBK will always offer you a better conversion rate
