This service is available for individual NBK Customers with valid Civil ID to conduct the below transactions:

• Cash withdrawal from KD 1,000 up to KD 5,000
• Cash deposit from KD 1,000 up to KD 3,000
• Debit card issuance
• NBK check deposit
• NBK check cashing from KD 1,000 up to KD 5,000
• Print account statement
