• Ensure your registered email address and phone number is updated with NBK so that you are able to complete your transaction securely
• Some items are not available for shipping to Kuwait from the US. Some stores do not ship outside the US. Use a shipping provider that provides virtual address in the US which can be forwarded to you in Kuwait
• Use a shop and ship provider that can consolidate your packages into one, bringing your shipping costs down

• You will receive OTP only for 3D secure enable websites. For the rest, OTP is not required
• Purchase Protection is available on Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite cards and MasterCard Platinum cards
• Extended Warranty is available on Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite cards
• Fraud protection insurance in available for Visa Signature, and Visa Infinite cards
