What Do I Get?
1. Free airport lounge access if your flight is delayed for more than 60 minutes.
2. Up to 4 guests can accompany you.
3. You can benefit from the service 8 times a year.
How Do I Get It?
Once your flight is delayed for more than 60 minutes, you must register with your flight details and eligible NBK Visa Credit Card on the Visa SmartDelay website before entering the lounge. Once the portal confirms the flight delay, you will receive an SMS with your lounge access.
