Aura is a points-based loyalty program by Alshaya. As a member, you can earn Aura points every time you spend and benefit from exciting offers at 50+ participating brands, in-store and online. These points can be redeemed at any Aura brand or through rewards via the Aura app.
In case you don’t have an Aura membership, you will be registered for a membership when applying for the card. Your registered number at the bank will be used as a reference and you will be notified of your Aura membership ID once created.
Your Aura points will be added to your Aura account. You can view your points balance and redeem them using the Aura app.
No, you will not be able to view your Aura points earned through NBK Mobile Banking App.
Aura points will be added to your Aura account after 48 to 72 hours from the time of the transaction.
