To reload your NBK Prepaid Card, follow the below simple steps:
Through NBK Online Banking:
- Select the prepaid card from Account Overview
- Select “Load Option”
- Enter the amount you wish to load and click “Load”
- Click to confirm
Through NBK Mobile Banking:
- Select the prepaid card you wish to reload
- Select “Load” from the side toolbar
- Select “Load From Account”
- Enter the amount and click “Load”
- Select “OK” to confirm
